• Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

• Doodle Designs AU reserves the right to change prices or cancel orders at any time due to pricing errors or availability.
3. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by postal services.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for lost items due to incorrect address information.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email, within 7 days of delivery, with photos and your order number.
• Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Custom Orders
• We love creating personalised designs! Custom orders are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
• A deposit or full payment may be required before work begins.
• We reserve the right to decline any custom request we cannot fulfil.

1. Processing Time
• Orders are handmade and typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• Custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity – we will inform you of estimated timeframes.
2. Shipping Options
We offer standard and tracked shipping via Australia Post. Options and pricing will be available at checkout.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Australian Standard Shipping 2–8 business days
• Australian Priority Shipping 2–8 business days
Please note: These are untracked services & Delays can occur due to postal service disruptions or peak seasons.
4. Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays or lost items once an order has been handed to the postal service.
5. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Doodle Designs AU is not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
